With years accumulation of technology and engineering practice in the field of telecommunication networks and the vision to the development of future network, Sunsea provides FTTx (FTTO, FTTH, FTTB+LAN,…FTTCab+xDSL) solution based on communication infrastructure equipment and components to domestic and oversea customers. The products cover the scenarios from central office to customer premise, including whole optical products, optical-copper hybrid products and OSP products, etc.

Products

Located between the central office and the user’s premises, an outdoor project connects the feeder optical cable led out from the central office to the distribution optical cable led in the user’s building. The outdoor project involves products as Optical Crossing Cabinet, Fiber Distribution Cabinet, and Fiber Splicing Closure, etc.

Corridor engineering includes ordinary residential buildings, office buildings, government, enterprises and institutions, business center, etc. It connects the cable from outdoor project and access cable of user premises.

In FTTx network, the central office provides an equipment room for the broadband operator or ISP. The data switch, voice switch, video server and other value-added service devices are installed here, and the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) is used to transmit diversified services to Optical Network Units (ONUs) for subscriber services access through ODN.

Passive Optical Components

Passive optical components are the important part of the optical communication system and equipment, but also the indispensable components of other optical applications. They are widely used in long-distance optical communications systems, local area network, FTTH, video transmission and fiber optical sensing area to provide the physical connection.

Customer Premise

Subscribers premises products used in the end of FTTH Access project. Mainly provide the solutions for ONU/ONT(or home gateway) installation and access cable lead in, indoor wiring.

FTTx Solution

FTTx refers to the optical fiber is used in the access layer network, make the fiber close to the user or even connect directly to the user access network. Optical fiber access network use optical fiber as transmission media. It has advantages of large transmission capacity, high quality, high reliability, long distance, resistance to electromagnetic interference, so it is the future development direction of fixed broadband access.
